We invite you and your family to visit our location, where we’ll show you around and invite you to dine as our guests. Simply contact us, and we’ll make a plan for your visit.
We offer 24/7 admissions. Our admissions team will guide you through the process whenever any question arises. Here is some general information to get you started.
Admission for post-surgical treatment or rehabilitation
If you have a planned surgery that will require recovery time or rehabilitation, talk to us in advance to reserve a room and complete all the necessary paperwork. When you arrive, all you’ll need to focus on is your recovery.
Here’s what you can bring with you to make your stay as comfortable as possible:
- Comfortable clothes (including exercise gear and athletic shoes/sneakers),
- Pajamas, robe, and slippers
- A favorite blanket or pillow
- Toothbrush, soap, shampoo, etc. (We do supply these, but you are welcome to bring your personal favorites instead.)
- Items to help pass the time, such as reading material, knitting, etc.
- A laptop, tablet or smartphone to stay in touch with friends and family
Admission for long-term care
We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and comfortable place to live with amenities and activities that help enrich and enhance your life. Of course, you’ll want the items listed above. And, because this will be your home, we want you to personalize your space as much as possible. This may include family photos, mementos, some furnishings, etc. Anything that can fit comfortably in your room without interfering with your care is encouraged.
Insurance and payment
We are a Medicaid/Medicare-certified facility. We also accept private pay and most co-insurance plans for skilled nursing care. Please contact us if you have questions about your payment provider.
